The Opportunity

As Territory Manager for NSW & ACT, you will take ownership of a defined region and be responsible for developing strategic retail partnerships, driving apparel sales growth and ensuring our brands are strongly represented in golf retail stores and pro shops.

You will work closely with golf retailers and clubs to present seasonal apparel collections, grow distribution and maximise sell-through in store.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Territory Sales Growth

Deliver Product Training & Brand Representation

  • Provide apparel product training to retail staff and golf professionals
  • Represent Uchoose Golf brands professionally across the market

  • Manage and support casual staff, including rostering and supervision
  • Oversee Visage cart management and daily cart operations
  • Coordinate bookings, cart hire and general shop transactions
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation and cleanliness
  • Manage end-of-day reconciliation and reporting procedures

 About You

  • Demonstrated knowledge of golf and golf operations (essential)
  • Previous experience in retail supervision or management
  • Strong understanding of stock control and point-of-sale systems
  • Confident leading staff and managing daily operations
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to work calmly under pressure
  • Professional presentation and strong customer service mindset
  • Availability for early mornings, weekends and rotating shifts

Hours & Remuneration

  • Full-time position (38 hours per week), including weekend and early morning shifts.
  • Salary circa $70,000 + superannuation, commensurate with experience.

The Role

We are seeking an energetic groundsperson to join the team in what is an exciting period for the Club.

Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance required for the upkeep of the golf courses and native heathland areas.

This is a Full-time position requiring flexible availability to work early mornings during the week and on weekends as part of a rotating roster.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance

  • Assist with the operations and maintenance of both golf courses, including native heathland areas.
  • Assist with the maintenance, renovation and reconstruction of all turf and garden areas.
  • Carry out landscaping duties as required.
  • Set up the golf course for daily play and tournaments/club events.

Equipment

  • Safely operate and maintain Turfcare equipment and operate other machinery or equipment requiring the holding of specialised licences upon being trained.
  • Report defects or damages to the Workshop Manager immediately to ensure machinery is fixed in a timely manner.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Desirable

  • Manual Driver’s license
